Lenovo Services Availability Locator allows you to check if selected services levels are potentially deliverable at customer’s location for selected Lenovo hardware.

The Locator currently supports the following onsite service levels: Response Time Services (2 hour and 4 hour Response) and Committed Service Repair (e.g. 6 hour CSR).

Even if service availability is indicated, certain geographical limitations in locations such as islands, remote regions, no public access or where Lenovo regularly has no trained personnel may apply.
If service availability is not indicated, Lenovo may still be able to service your unique requirements. Please contact your Lenovo Representative or Reseller for details on availability for country and location specific information.

If an error is shown during a search, please try without using a postal/zip code, as some countries might not fully support those.

You may check the service availability for up to 100 addresses at once by uploading a CSV file. Download the CSV template to get started. The specific headers in the template must be included in the first row of the file in order for the file to be processed. After you input addresses into CSV template, save file using “Save as type - CSV (Comma Delimited)” before uploading.
